城市区域生态文明指标综合评价模型构建研究

摘要 城市区域所处的地理位置、人为因素往往会对生态文明环境造成影响,降低综合评价结果,为此构建城市区域生态文明指标综合评价模型。由于中国极少数城市区域所处地势复杂,该模型对中国城市区域地势特征展开了详细分析,并建立了以六个方面、三个层次、十八项指标为主的生态文明评价指标体系;基于建立结果,构建以环境发展为主的灰色评价模型,从而实现综合评价模型的构建。实验结果表明,通过开展森林覆盖率、垃圾无害化处理率评价测试,可以有效评价生态文明建设质量,为美丽中国建设提供具体方法指导。 The geographical location and human factors of urban areas often affect the ecological civilization environment and reduce the comprehensive evaluation results. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation model of urban regional ecological civilization index is constructed. Due to the complex terrain of very few urban areas in China, the model analyzes the terrain characteristics of Chinese urban areas in detail, and establishes an ecological civilization evaluation index system based on six aspects, three levels and 18 indicators. Based on the results, a gray evaluation model based on environmental development is constructed in order to construct a comprehensive evaluation model. The experimental results show that the quality of ecological civilization construction can be effectively evaluated through the evaluation tests of forest coverage rate and garbage disposal rate. It can provide specific method guidance for the construction of beautiful China.
