摘要
目的:借助网状Meta分析方法比较不同传统健身功法调节血脂的临床疗效,为制定调节血脂的运动处方提供依据。方法:全面检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang Data)、PubMed等数据库,搜索公开发表的以传统健身功法调节血脂的临床随机对照试验。检索年限设为1999年1月1日至2022年4月14日。采用“Stata15.1”软件对纳入的37篇文献中的3262名患者的结局指标进行网状Meta分析。结果:根据传统健身功法干预效果最优的可能性概率排序,从高到低依次为:五禽戏(95.85%)>八段锦(66.55%)>太极拳(58.55%)>易筋经(30.95%)。在降低总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面,五禽戏相比其他干预措施,疗效更显著,且具有统计学差异,其效应量分别为(WMD=-0.902,95%CI为[-1.425,-0.380],p<0.05)、(WMD=-0.635,95%CI为[-0.334,-0.017],p<0.05)、(WMD=-0.756,95%CI为[-1.090,-0.423],p<0.05)。在提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇方面,五禽戏的疗效依然优于其他干预措施,且差异具有统计学意义(WMD=0.451,95%CI为[0.210,0.691],p<0.05)。结论:五禽戏调节血脂的综合疗效明显优于其他干预手段,但其干预疗效仍需更多高质量随机对照试验进一步验证。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of different traditional fitness exercises on regulating blood lipids by means of Network meta-analysis,so as to provide basis for formulating exercise prescriptions for regulating blood lipids.Methods:a comprehensive search of databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data and PubMed was conducted to search for published clinical randomized controlled trials of regulating blood lipids with traditional fitness exercises.The search period is from January 1st,1999 to April 14th,2022.Stata15.1 was used to conduct a Network meta-analysis of the outcome indicators of 3,262 patients included in 37 literatures.Results:according to the probability ranking of the best intervention effect,the order from high to low is:Wuqinxi(95.85%)>Baduanjin(66.55%)>Taijiquan(58.55%)>Yijinjing(30.95%).In terms of reducing total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,Wuqinxi has a more significant effect than other intervention measures,with a statistical difference.The effect amounts are(WMD=-0.902,95%CI[-1.425,-0.380],p<0.05),(WMD=-0.635,95%CI[-0.334,-0.017],p<0.05),(WMD=-0.756,95%CI[-1.090,-0.423],p<0.05).In terms of raising high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,Wuqinxi is still better than other intervention measures,and the difference is statistically significant(WMD=0.451,95%CI[0.210,0.691],p<0.05).Conclusion:the comprehensive effect of Wuqinxi on regulating blood lipid is obviously superior to other intervention methods.However,its efficacy still needs to be further verified by more high-quality randomized controlled trials.
