摘要
目的:对国内外关于运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子的相关研究进行可视化分析,探讨此领域的研究热点及前沿。方法:以“Web of Science”和“CNKI”数据库中2004—2020年收录的关于运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子的相关研究文献为数据来源,借助“CNKI”可视化分析功能及“Cite Space V”软件绘制知识图谱。结果:1)国内相关研究共纳入166篇文献,总体呈缓慢上升趋势,研究热点主要为有氧运动调控脂肪运动因子改善胰岛素抵抗,不同运动方式及运动负荷对肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子表达影响,肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子对代谢性疾病的调控作用。2)国外相关研究共纳入632篇文献,尚处于初始发展阶段。美国以156篇发文量位居首位,国家(地区)间合作关系较为单一。Frontiers in Physiology是刊载文献(19篇)最多的期刊,高产作者与团队集中在巴西圣保罗联邦大学。研究前沿关键词为激活、鸢尾素和生物标志物,研究热点主要集中于运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子对肥胖的影响研究,运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子对心血管疾病的影响研究和有氧运动调控肌肉运动因子对脑功能的影响研究3大聚类群。结论:有氧运动可调控脂肪运动因子表达改善胰岛素敏感性;不同运动方案可调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子差异性表达;肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子可降低代谢性疾病危险因素。运动可调控瘦素及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,改善肥胖;介导肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子,抑制细胞凋亡,缓解心血管疾病进程;提高肌肉运动因子表达改善脑功能。未来应加大运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子相关研究的深度与合作力度;加强肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子防治糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病、脑部疾病及多种代谢性疾病的机制研究;探索肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子最佳作用效果的确切运动方案及其作为疾病检测与预后判断的新型生物标志物,系统梳理运动调控肌肉、肝脏、脂肪的运动因子与疾病关联的相关信号通路。
Objective:To perform visual analysis of the related researches on exercise regulation of muscle,liver,and lipid exerkines,and discuss the research hotspots and frontiers in this field.Methods:The data source is the relevant research literature on exercise regulation of muscle,liver,and lipid exerkines included in the core databases of“Web of Science”and“CNKI”from 2004 to 2020.Scientific knowledge map is drawn with the help of“CNKI”visual analysis function and“Cite Space V”software.Results:1)A total of 166 domestic papers were included on relevant research,showing a slow upward trend on the whole.The main research hotspots are the regulation of adipokines by aerobic exercise to improve insulin resistance,the effects of different exercise modes and loads on the expression of muscle,liver,and lipid exerkines,and regulatory effects of muscle,liver and lipid exerkines on metabolic diseases.2)A total of 632 overseas papers were included on relevant research,which are still in the initial stage of development.The United States ranks first with 156 papers,and the cooperation between countries is relatively simple.Frontiers in Physiology is the journal with the most publications(19 articles).Productive authors and teams are concentrated in the Federal University of Sao Paulo,Brazil.The research frontier keywords are activation,irisin and biomarker.The research hotspots mainly focus on the effects of exercise-regulated muscle,liver and lipid exerkines on obesity,the effects of exercise-regulated muscle,liver and lipid exerkines on cardiovascular diseases,and the effects of aerobic exercise on the regulation of myokines on brain function.Conclusion:Aerobic exercise can regulate the expression of adipokines and improve insulin sensitivity;different exercise programs can regulate the differential expression of muscle,liver and lipid exerkines;muscle,liver and lipid exerkines can reduce the risk factors of metabolic diseases.Exercise can up regulate leptin expression and regulate TNF-αLevel,improve obesity,mediate muscle,liver and lipid exerkines,inhibits cell apoptosis,and alleviates the process of cardiovascular disease,and improve the expression of myokines to improve brain function.In the future,it is necessary to enhance the depth and cooperation density of research on exercise regulation of muscle,liver and lipid exerkines,strengthen the research on the mechanism of muscle,liver and lipid exerkines to prevent and treat metabolic diseases such as diabetes,obesity,cardiovascular disease and brain disease,explore the exact exercise program for the best effect of muscle,liver and lipid exerkines and its new type of biomarkers for detection and prognosis diagnosis,and systematically sort out the relevant signal pathways that exercise regulates muscle,liver and lipid exerkines and diseases.
