Based on the analysis of the current situation of the management and control operation of the radio and television data center and the disadvantages of the existing operation mode,combined with the actual situation of the construction and operation of Ningbo Radio and Television Data Center,this paper discusses in detail the advantages of the centralized management and control operation of the data center and the design and construction methods of the centralized management and control operation platform of the radio and television data center,which provides new ideas and cases for the development of other similar projects in the later stage.
