摘要
运用DEA方法,对大别山区33个县(市)2006—2019年的农业投入产出数据进行效率测算.结果表明:2006—2019年大别山区综合效率均值为0.997,农业生产效率总体表现较好.但农业生产效率区域差异显著,2019年大别山区县域农业生产效率测算中,非有效单元占比为46.2%,多集中于安徽省域.纯技术效率均值为0.916,规模效率均值为0.953,综合效率较低更多是由管理不当引起.同时,DEA无效地区投入要素冗余严重,应针对不同地区做出投入产出调整,促进农业集约化发展.
Using the DEA method,the efficiency of agricultural input-output data of 33 counties(cities)in Dabie Mountain area from 2006 to 2019 is calculated.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of Dabie Mountain area from 2006 to 2019 is 0.997,and the overall performance of agricultural production efficiency is good.However,there are significant regional differences in agricultural production efficiency.In the calculation of agricultural production efficiency in the Dabie Mountain counties in 2019,the proportion of non-effective units is 46.2%,mostly concentrated in Anhui Province.The average value of pure technical efficiency is 0.916,and the average scale efficiency is 0.953.The low comprehensive efficiency is mainly caused by improper management.At the same time,the input factors in DEA invalid areas are seriously redundant,so input-output adjustments should be made for different regions to promote the intensive development of agriculture.
