摘要
试验旨在研究苜蓿、进口燕麦、国产燕麦和小黑麦4种粗饲料的瘤胃降解特性。选用3头体重相近、健康状况良好、安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的荷斯坦阉牛,采用尼龙袋法评定粗饲料中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的瘤胃降解特性和有效降解率。结果显示:苜蓿的DM、CP有效降解率显著高于其他粗饲料(P<0.05),小黑麦和进口燕麦的DM有效降解率显著高于国产燕麦(P<0.05);进口燕麦的CP有效降解率显著高于小黑麦和国产燕麦(P<0.05),小黑麦CP有效降解率显著高于国产燕麦(P<0.05)。国产燕麦NDF有效降解率显著低于其他3种粗饲料(P<0.05);小黑麦ADF有效降解率显著高于其他3种粗饲料(P<0.05),苜蓿与进口燕麦ADF有效降解率显著低于国产燕麦(P<0.05)。研究表明,小黑麦具有作为优质粗饲料的潜力。
The experiment was to study the rumen degradation characteristics of four roughages of alfalfa,imported oats,domestic oats and triticale.Three Holstein castrated cattle with similar weight,good health,permanent rumen fistulas were selected in the experiment.The rumen degradation characteristics and effective degradation rate of DM,CP,NDF and ADF were evaluated by nylon bag method.The results showed that DM and CP effective degradation rates of alfalfa were significantly higher than that of other roughages(P<0.05),and DM effective degradation rates of triticale and imported oats were significantly higher than that of domestic oats(P<0.05).The CP effective degradation rate of imported oats was significantly higher than that of triticale and domestic oats(P<0.05),and CP effective degradation rate of triticale was significantly higher than that of domestic oats(P<0.05).The NDF effective degradation rate of domestic oats was significantly lower than that of other three kinds of roughage(P<0.05),the ADF effective degradation rate of triticale was significantly higher than that of other three kinds of roughage(P<0.05),and the ADF effective degradation rate of alfalfa and imported oats were significantly lower than that of domestic oats(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that triticale has the potential to be used as a high-quality roughage.
