富硒酵母对羔羊生长性能、血液指标及抗病力的影响 被引量:6

Effect of selenium-enriched yeast on growth performance,blood indexes and disease resistance of lambs

摘要 试验探讨日粮中添加不同水平富硒酵母对羔羊生长性能、血液相关指标及抗病力的影响。选取体重相近、体况良好、健康的“杜泊羊×小尾寒羊”杂交公羔60只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3只羊。各组羔羊分别饲喂含有0、0.15、0.30、0.45 mg/kg富硒酵母的基础日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期70 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组羔羊的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组羔羊血液红细胞总数显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组羔羊血液平均红细胞血红蛋白含量和白细胞总数显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组羔羊血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著降低(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组羔羊血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组羔羊血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组羔羊血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);各试验组羔羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著升高(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组羔羊血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加适量的富硒酵母可提高羔羊的生长性能,增强机体免疫力、抗病力及抗氧化功能,适宜添加量为0.3 mg/kg。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of adding different levels of selenium-enriched yeast to feed on growth performance,blood-related indexes and disease resistance of lamb.A total of 60’Dorper sheep×small-tailed Han sheep’hybrid male lambs with similar body weight,good body condition were selected,and randomly divided male lambs into four groups,with five replicates in each group and three male lambs in each replicate.Lambs in each group were fed with basal diet containing 0,0.15,0.30,0.45 mg/kg selenium-enriched yeast,respectively.The pre-experiment lasted for 7 d,and the formal experiment period lasted for 70 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain of lambs in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the total number of erythrocytes of lambs in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the average erythrocyte hemoglobin content and the total number of white blood cells of lambs in group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the TP content of lambs in group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum BUN content in group 2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum ALT activity in group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of serum IgA and IgG in group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum IgM content in each test group were significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of serum SOD in each test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of serum MDA in group 2 and group 3 was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the GSH-Px activity was significantly increased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding an appropriate amount of selenium-enriched yeast to diet can improve the growth performance of lambs,enhance the body’s immunity,disease resistance and antioxidant function,and the appropriate addition amount is 0.3 mg/kg.
