大蒜素对巴马小型猪生长性能、腹泻率及血清免疫、生化指标的影响 被引量:12

摘要 试验旨在探究日粮中添加不同水平的大蒜素对巴马小型猪生长性能、腹泻率及血清免疫、生化指标的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康的巴马小型猪80头,随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头猪。各组巴马小型猪分别饲喂含有0(对照组)、50(试验1组)、100(试验2组)、200 mg/kg(试验3组)大蒜素的基础日粮。试验期60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验2组巴马小型猪末重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);试验1组、试验2组、试验3组巴马小型猪腹泻率分别降低了23.83%、50.59%、62.56%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组、试验3组巴马小型猪血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验2组、试验3组巴马小型猪血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)含量及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,在巴马小型猪养殖中使用适量大蒜素可提高其生长性能,增强体液免疫,改善部分血清生化指标,大蒜素的适宜添加量为100 mg/kg。 The experiment was to explore the effect of adding different levels of allicin in diet on growth performance,diarrhea rate,serum immunity and biochemical indexes of Bama miniature pigs.A total of 80 healthy Bama miniature pigs with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided them into four groups,with five replicates in each group and four pigs in each replicate.The Bama miniature pigs in each group were fed with basal diet containing 0(control group),50(group 1),100(group 2)and 200 mg/kg(group 3)allicin.The experimental period was 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the final weight of Bama miniature pigs in group 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05),feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rates of Bama miniature pigs were significantly decreased by 23.83%,50.59%and 62.56%,respectively(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum IgA and IgG content of Bama miniature pigs in group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum TP content of Bama miniature pigs in group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of BUN,TG and activity of ALT were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that using an appropriate amount of allicin in breeding of Bama miniature pigs can improve growth performance,enhance humoral immunity,and improve some serum biochemical indexes,and the appropriate addition amount is 100 mg/kg.
