菌丝霉素的发酵制备及其在饲料替抗中的潜在应用探究 被引量:2

摘要 研究旨在发酵制备菌丝霉素制剂,并探究其在饲料替抗中的潜在应用。试验对产抗菌肽菌丝霉素的重组毕赤酵母4Ple-61菌株发酵时间、甲醇诱导浓度和发酵体系pH值进行优化,分别利用真空冷冻干燥法和喷雾干燥法制备了含酵母细胞的菌丝霉素制剂。结果显示:甲醇诱导最佳浓度为1%,发酵pH值为5.5,诱导发酵120 h,此条件下4Ple-61菌株菌丝霉素具有较好的表达效果。与真空冷冻干燥法相比,喷雾干燥法的制备效果更好。将菌丝霉素制剂和鱼粉按照1∶1的质量比复配后,对金黄色葡萄球菌表现出明显的抑制效果。研究表明,菌丝霉素制剂在饲料替抗中具有一定应用潜力和良好开发前景。 The study was to ferment the preparation of pectin and explored its potential application in feed substitution.The experiment optimized the fermentation time,methanol induced concentration and pH value of fermentation system of recombinant Pichia pastoris 4Ple-61 strain that produced the antimicrobial peptide phlegmycin.In the experiment,the preparation of pectin containing yeast cells was prepared by vacuum freeze-drying method and spray-drying method respectively.The results showed that the optimum concentration of methanol induction was 1%,the pH value of fermentation was 5.5,and the fermentation was induced for 120 h.Under these conditions,the recombinant Pichia pastoris4Ple-61 strain had a good expression effect.Compared with vacuum freeze-drying method,the preparation effect of spray-drying method was better.After compounding the pectin preparation and fish meal according to mass ratio of 1∶1,it showed obvious inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.The study indicates that the pectin preparations have certain application potential and good development prospects in feed substitution.
