摘要 人工智能与教育的深度融合促使教师必须具备一定的智能素养才能应对时代的挑战,从而理性对待并接纳人工智能,有效促进教学模式改革,实现人机协同教学,促进教师专业发展。同时由于人工智能的引入,教师的教学过程发生了巨大变化,因此教师必须重新认识和思考教什么、怎么教、教得怎么样的问题。在此基础上从国家、学校和教师个人层面提出人工智能背景下的教师智能素养提升策略,为人工智能时代教师个人成长和专业发展提供一定的策略建议。 The deep integration of artificial intelligence and education urges teachers to have a certain level of intelligence to cope with the challenges of the times,to rationally treat and accept artificial intelligence,effectively promote the reform of teaching mode,realize human-machine collaborative teaching,and promote the professional development of teachers.At the same time,due to the introduction of artificial intelligence,the teaching process of teachers has undergone tremendous changes,so teachers must re-understand and think about what to teach,how to teach,and how to teach.On this basis,it proposes strategies for improving teachers'intelligence literacy under the background of artificial intelligence from the national,school,and individual levels of teachers,and provides certain strategic suggestions for teachers'personal growth and professional development in the era of artificial intelligence.
