输煤港口皮带机回程洗带系统设计与应用

Return Belt Washing System of Belt Conveyor in Coal Handling Port

皮带机回程带煤造成沿线洒漏煤一直是输煤港口环保治理的难题,需要不断地人工清理且效果不佳。文中设计了一种洗带系统,将洗带、封堵、导引、除水、排污等装置合为一体,提供了一套可普遍适用的模块化解决方案,可大幅降低清煤人员劳动强度,且制作、运行成本较低,具有极强的推广应用价值。

The spillage of coal along the line caused by the return coal belt conveyor has always been a difficult problem in the environmental protection treatment of coal handling ports,which needs continuous manual cleaning,and the effect is poor.This paper designs a belt washing system,which integrates belt washing,plugging,guiding,water removal,sewage discharge and other devices,and provides a set of universally applicable modular solutions,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity of coal cleaning personnel,and has low production cost and operation cost,so it has strong popularization and application value.
