摘要
主要介绍了滚齿工序在加工渐开线齿廓时生成齿根过渡曲线的几种形式,简单描述了设计齿根圆角与生产中齿根圆角的关系,并给出了过渡齿根圆弧和渐开线曲线坐标表达式,通过拟合出两条曲线的交点,即是滚刀加工有效渐开线起始点。为了解齿根过渡曲线生成过程、掌握渐开线全齿形曲线规律及加工制造提供一定方法和思路。
This paper introduces several forms of tooth root transition curves generated in the hobbing process when machining involute tooth profiles.The relationship between the designed tooth root fillet and the production tooth root fillet is described,and the coordinate expressions of the transition tooth root arc and involute curve are given.The intersection of the two curves is obtained by fitting,which is the starting point of the effective involute for hob processing.This paper provides certain methods and ideas for understanding the generation process of the tooth root transition curve,mastering the law of the involute full tooth profile and manufacturing.
