摘要 基于筛分破碎功能的自密式回填土设备属于基础设施施工和水环境资源治理领域重大技术装备。在城市管网铺设过程中,需要对开挖后的基坑进行回填,为了降低传统回填施工的高额成本,设计了一种城市弃土再生建材专用施工设备,用以制备流动化回填土来替代传统的石粉渣回填。适用范围为市政工程(电力、通信、给排水等),管网基坑开挖出的渣土回填再利用。 The self-closing backfill equipment based on the screening and crushing function belongs to the major technical equipment in the field of infrastructure construction and water environment resource management.In the process of laying the urban pipe network,the excavated foundation pit needs to be backfilled.In order to reduce the high cost of traditional backfill construction,a special construction equipment for urban spoil recycling building materials is designed to prepare fluidized backfill to replace traditional stone powder slag backfill.The scope of application is municipal engineering(electric power,communication,water supply and drainage,etc.),and the dregs excavated from the foundation pit of the pipe network are backfilled and reused.
