摘要
为了满足A型地铁车辆枕梁空簧座与转向架空簧导柱的配合需求,设计了一种空簧衬套,对空簧安装座底孔的公差及空簧衬套的内外径公差进行了设计计算,并通过实验进行验证,最终保证了车体枕梁空簧安装座的顺利安装。验证了过盈类装配计算的可行性,以及硬度对过盈装配件变形量的稳定性的影响。
In order to meet the matching requirements of A-type metro vehicle sleeper beam air spring seat and steering overhead spring guide column,an air spring bushing is designed.The tolerance of the bottom hole of the air spring mounting seat and the internal and external diameter tolerance of the air spring bushing are designed and calculated in detail,and verified by experiments.Finally,the smooth installation of the vehicle sleeper beam air spring mounting seat is ensured.The feasibility of interference assembly calculation and the influence of hardness on the stability of deformation of interference assembly are verified.
