摘要 设计了一种低振动多级自吸离心泵,根据给出的参数指标进行结构设计、水力设计与分析、低振动设计,最终研制出样机并进行全性能的测试。测试结果表明,该泵结构合理、性能可靠,实际效率与设计计算的效率相符,各项指标均满足研制要求。 A low-vibration multi-stage self-priming centrifugal pump is designed.According to the given parameters,the structural design,hydraulic design and analysis,and low-vibration design are carried out.A prototype is developed and the full performance is tested.The test results show that the pump has a reasonable structure and reliable performance,the actual efficiency is consistent with the designed and calculated efficiency,and all indicators meet the development requirements.
