大型五轴数控机床圆度误差测试与分析

摘要 为了研究大型五轴机床直线轴的两轴联动圆度精度方面的技术问题。首先对大型五轴机床的圆度精度影响因素进行了分类和分析,总结影响大型五轴机床圆度常见影响因素。其次,对大型五轴机床分别进行了不同位置、不同进给速度及不同测试半径的圆度测试。最后,给出测试结果和分析,并针对圆度影响因素和测试结果给出相应的调整和零件加工的建议。通过圆度的测试和分析,对提高大型五轴机床精度的设计研发和产品的循环改进具有指导意义。 In order to study the technical problems of the two-axis linkage roundness accuracy of the linear axis of the large-scale five-axis machine tool,the influencing factors of the roundness accuracy of the large-scale five-axis machine tool are classified and analyzed,and the common influencing factors affecting the roundness of the large-scale five-axis machine tool are summarized.The roundness tests under different positions,different feed speeds and different test radii are carried out on the large-scale five-axis machine tools.The test results and analysis are given,and corresponding adjustment and parts processing suggestions are given according to the factors affecting the roundness and test results.Through the test and analysis of roundness,it has guiding significance for the design and development of improving the precision of large-scale five-axis machine tools and the cycle improvement of products.
