摘要
介绍了某石化公司50万t/a裂解汽油加氢装置高温屏蔽泵损坏泄漏情况,通过对损坏泵的解体检查并结合泵的结构形式及工艺条件,找出故障产生的原因主要是由于轴承润滑循环管路内存在气体,导致轴承润滑不充分,使得轴承发生磨损进而引起泵的轴向力发生变化,进一步加剧轴承磨损,最终引起屏蔽套损坏并泄漏工艺介质。文中针对屏蔽泵的故障进行分析,提出合理的改进措施,降低了屏蔽泵的故障率,提高了屏蔽泵的使用效率,保障了加氢装置高温屏蔽泵的长周期稳定运行。
This paper introduces the damage and leakage of high temperature shielding pump of 500 000 t/a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit in a petrochemical company,it is found that the fault is mainly due to the existence of gas in the bearing lubrication circulation pipeline,which leads to insufficient lubrication of the bearing,and makes the bearing wear and then causes the change of the axial force of the pump and further aggravates the bearing wear.The result is that the shielding cover is damaged and the process media is leaked.This paper analyzes the faults of the canned motor pump,puts forward reasonable improving measures,reduces the fault rate of the canned motor pump,improves the using efficiency of the canned motor pump,and guarantees the long-period stable operation of the canned motor pump in the hydrogenation unit.
