摘要
针对零件生产中加工不同行数、不同列数的矩形孔系而需要反复编程的问题,在宏程序理论分析的基础上,建立了矩形孔系编程模型,设计了矩形孔系加工的宏程序,并给出该宏程序的工程应用实例。实践表明,该宏程序只需修改自变量赋值即可用于加工任意行数、任意列数的矩形孔系,具有通用性,解决了反复编程的问题,提高了效率,对类似的编程具有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem of repeated programming for processing rectangular holes with different numbers of rows and columns in the production of parts,a programming model for rectangular holes is established based on the theoretical analysis of macro programs,and a macro program for machining rectangular holes is designed.The engineering application example of this macro program is given.Practice has shown that the macro program can be used to process rectangular holes with any number of rows and columns only by modifying the assignment of the independent variables.It is versatile,solves the problem of repeated programming,improves efficiency,and has reference significance for similar programming.
