破碎地层取心工具内筒保护技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 原始状态的岩心是地质分析最理想的样品,但在破碎地层及裂缝发育地层、岩心破碎、出心时很容易出现错位,难以保持地层原始沉积状态,不利于获取准确的地质信息。针对这一问题,文章开展了适用于破碎地层的取心工具内筒保护技术研究,通过设计一套内筒转运装置,配套弹簧减震机构和注脂封装技术,实现内筒转运过程中岩心的有效保护,减少出心时内筒在转运过程中与外界的直接接触,避免岩心在转运过程中产生碰撞,降低了破碎岩心的二次损坏概率。通过十余口井的现场应用证明,该技术能有效保证破碎岩心的物性完整,为地质分析提供更加可靠的原始资料。 The original state of the core is the most ideal sample for geological analysis, but the core is fragile in broken and well developed fractured formations, it is easy to be misplaced when taking out of the inner core barrel and difficult to maintain the original sedimentary state of the formation, which is not conducive to obtaining accurate geological information. In order to solve this problem, a study was carried out on the inner barrel protection technology of coring tools for fractured formation. By designing a set of inner barrel transporting device, matching with spring shock absorption mechanism and grease injection packaging technology, the effective protection of the core during the transportation of the inner barrel is realized. The direct contact between the inner barrel and the external environment can be reduced during the core transportation, the collision of the core during the transportation can be avoided, and the secondary damage probability of the fragile core is reduced. The field application of more than ten wells proves that the technology can effectively ensure the physical nature integrity of broken core and provide more reliable original data for geological analysis.
