磁滞电机转子组件失磁因素分析及解决方法 被引量:1

摘要 磁滞电机转子组件所用材料2J4对应力较为敏感,在生产过程中易受应力影响发生失磁,磁性能测试合格率低已成为制约生产的瓶颈问题。为避免转子组件在生产过程中因受到应力而导致磁性能损失,通过全工序磁性能测试分析,确定了粘端环工序是装配过程中易发生失磁的主要工序,通过对粘端环工序工艺过程分析及验证实验,发现采用咪唑固定胶进行高温固化是导致失磁的主要因素。通过实验验证,采用以常温条件固化的DG-3S环氧胶,其力学性能可以满足产品粘接强度要求,该方案可以有效解决转子组件在装配过程中磁性能损失问题。 The material 2J4 used for hysteresis motor rotor is sensitive to stress, and it is easy to lose magnetism under the influence of stress in the production process. The low qualification rate of magnetic performance test become the bottleneck problem restricting the production. In order to avoid magnetic property loss caused by stress in rotor, through magnetic property testing and analysis of the whole process, it was determined that the bonding end ring process was the main process liable to lose magnetism in assembly process. Through the analysis and verification test of the process of bonding end ring, it was found that high temperature curing with imidazole fixed adhesive was the main factor leading to the loss of magnetism. Verification test was carried out, the DG-3 S epoxy adhesive cured at room temperature was adopted of which the mechanical properties can meet the requirements of product bonding strength. The solution can effectively solve the problem of magnetic energy loss of rotor during assembly.
