新媒体视域下河北省非遗数字化保护与传承策略研究——以非遗文创APP为例

Digital Protection and Inheritance Strategy of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Hebei Province from the Perspective of New Media——Taking Cultural Creation APP of Intangible Cultural Heritage as an Example

河北省拥有丰富多样的非遗文化资源,但非遗保护与传承存在着传承人高龄化、传播方式单一、文化生态链缺失和信息渠道落后等问题。非遗文创APP的开发是新媒体技术与非遗文创两种新型非遗传播方式的综合,因此提出河北省非遗文创APP的建设构想:对非遗文化资料数字化整合,构建河北省非遗资料库;利用非遗视觉素材,推动自主创新设计;通过产品定制体验,实现非遗文创设计作品实体化;搭建创作分享与交流平台。

Hebei province has rich and diverse intangible cultural heritage resources,but there are some problems in the protection and inheritance,such as the aging of inheritors,the single mode of communication,the lack of cultural ecological chain and backward information channels.The development of intangible cultural heritage APP is the synthesis of new media technology and cultural creation APP of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,the construction concept of intangible cultural and creative heritage in Hebei Province was proposed:digital integrating the intangible cultural heritage materials and constructing Hebei intangible cultural heritage database;promoting independent innovation design by using intangible cultural heritage visual materials;realizing the materialization of intangible cultural heritage design works through product customization experience;and building a platform for creative sharing and communication.
