关于加强军用标准数字化转型发展的思考认识

Reflections on Strengthening the Digitalization Transformation and Development of Military Standards

针对数字时代国内外标准数字化发展的大趋势和军事领域数字化转型发展现状,从外在驱动和内在需求两方面分析了军用标准数字化转型的必要性,提出了军用标准形态数字化、应用智能化、管理网络化3个军标转型方向重点,并给出了推进转型实施的4点具体建议,为军用标准数字化转型发展提供参考。

In view of the general trend of digitalization development of standards at home and abroad in the digital era and the status of digital transformation in the military field,this paper analyzes the necessity of digitalization transformation of military standards from both the external drive and the internal demand,puts forward three military standard transformation directions,namely,digital form,intelligent application,and networked management,and gives four specific suggestions to promote the implementation of transformation,It provides reference for the digitalization transformation and development of military standards.
