摘要 皮肤衰老过程中弹力纤维的破坏十分显著,弹性蛋白是弹力纤维的主要成分,其代谢极其缓慢,所以各种内外因素造成的损伤容易积累且难以修复,是皮肤抗衰老中最困难的、也是最应该关注的方面之一。本文就此类损伤及其机制进行综述,以期为对抗皮肤老化提供一定思路。 The damage of elastic fibers is very significant in the process of skin aging.Elastin is the main component of elastic fibers.Its metabolism is extremely slow,so it is easy to accumulate damage caused by various internal and external factors and is difficult to repair,which is one of the most difficult and most concerned aspects of skin anti-aging.This article reviews such damage and its mechanism,in order to provide some ideas for combating skin aging.
