摘要
从收集保存的种质资源中,选取466份甜瓜进行果实的8个质量性状和11个数量性状(17个指标)的遗传多样性分析,采用精密色差仪进行果皮底色、外果肉和内果肉颜色L、a和b值的测定,以期实现果实颜色的定量分析。结果表明3个质量性状和11个数量性状(17个指标)的多样性指数均大于1,表明所选的466份材料具有较高的遗传多样性;把甜瓜果实颜色用Lab值数字化衡量并通过Lab值进行颜色分类,克服了颜色描述不精准的弊端,实现了颜色的定量分析,为甜瓜育种果实颜色数字化描述奠定基础。
The genetic diversity of eight qualitative traits and 11 quantitative traits(17 indicators)of 466 melon germplasm materials were analyzed,which were selected from collected and preserved resources by our research group. For the quantitative analysis of fruit color,the L、a and b values of the peel,the outer flesh and inner flesh were determined by precision colorimeter. The results showed that the diversity indexes of three quality traits and 11 quantitative traits(17 indexes)were higher than 1,which indicated that the 466 selected melon materials used in this experiment had high genetic diversity. In this study,melon fruits color were measured digitally by Lab values and color classification were carried out by Lab values,which overcame the disadvantage of inaccurate color description and realized the quantitative analysis of color. Finally this analysis lays the foundation of digital description of fruit color in melon breeding.
