It is a arisen mode of instruction to exert modern education technology consisting of computer network and multi media technology in education and instruction in recent years.This paper expounds the cause of education information base on network enviroment.It discusses existent problem in constructing education information,and puts forward some measure for making use of modern education technology actualizing education information.
