目前治疗慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的方式很多,经皮给药系统已越来越受到关注,此法具有给药方式简单、临床疗效好、药物不良反应低等优势,尤其是非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的经皮贴剂,被广泛应用于慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的治疗,不仅疗效与口服NSAIDs药物相当,且可显著降低胃肠道以及心血管等不良反应。联合口服NSAIDs药物亦可用于中重度疼痛患者治疗,被国内外多个共识/指南推荐为治疗慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛的一线用药。

There are many methods to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain.The transdermal drug delivery system has the advantages of simple administration,good clinical efficacy,and low drug toxicity;especially the transdermal patch of NSAIDs are widely used in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain with less gastrointestinal and cardiovascular and other adverse reactions.Combination with oral NSAIDs can also be used for the treatment of moderate to severe pain,and is recommended as the first-line drug for the treatment of chronic skeletal muscle pain by multiple consensuses/guidelines at home and abroad.
