前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的效果分析

Effect of Alprostadil Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的 探讨前列地尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年10月沈阳航天医院肾内科接诊的慢性肾小球肾炎患者84例,依据治疗方案的不同分为常规组和联合组各42例。常规组在常规治疗基础上加用厄贝沙坦,联合组在常规组治疗基础上加用前列地尔治疗。比较两组的疗效、肾功能改善情况及用药不良反应发生情况。结果 联合组治疗总有效率优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肾功能均较治疗前得到改善,且联合组肾功能优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性肾小球肾炎在常规治疗基础上联合采用前列地尔和厄贝沙坦治疗,具有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil combined with irbesartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods From June 2019 to October 2021,a total of 84 patients suffered chronic glomerulonephritis in the Department of Nephrology of our hospital were included.They were divided into routine group and combined group according to the treatment and medication scheme,with 42 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with symptomatic treatment and irbesartan,while the combined group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the routine group.The clinical effects,renal function indexes,and adverse drug effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The overall effective rate of the combined group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P 0.05).Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and irbesartan is effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.
