含氟保护性涂料配合窝沟封闭术对预防儿童龋病的疗效观察

Effect of Fluorine-containing Protective Coating Combined with Pit and Fissure Sealing on Preventing Children Caries

目的 观察含氟保护性涂料配合窝沟封闭术对预防儿童龋病的疗效。方法 选择天津市妇女儿童保健中心口腔科2019年1月—2020年12月收治的42例患儿,随机分为对照和观察组各21例。对照组对需封闭牙面进行酸蚀后涂抹窝沟封闭剂并进行固化,观察组窝沟封闭术同对照组,但在行窝沟封闭术后涂抹含氟保护性涂料。比较两组治疗后6个月、1年时的龋病发生率和封闭剂脱落情况。结果 治疗后6个月,两组龋病发生率和封闭剂脱落率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后1年,观察组龋病发生率和封闭剂脱落率均低于对照组,差异有统计学(P <0.05)。结论 含氟保护性涂料配合窝沟封闭术对预防儿童龋病的疗效显著,能有效降低儿童龋病发病率。

Objective To observe the effect of fluorine-containing protective coating combined with pit and fissure sealing on preventing children caries.Methods Forty-two cases of children admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for a randomized control study,with 21 cases in the control group and 21 cases in the observation group.Among them,the control group was treated with pit and fissure sealant after acid etching and then treated with solidified agent.The observation group was treated with pit and fissure sealant as the control group,but fluorine-containing protective coating was applied after pit and fissure sealing.The incidence of caries and the loss of sealant were observed and compared between the two groups at 6 months and 1 year after treatment.Results At 6 months after treatment,there were no significant differences in the incidence of caries and the loss rate of sealant between the two groups(P > 0.05).At one year after treatment,the incidence of caries in the observation group and the loss rate of sealant were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Fluorine-containing protective coating combined with pit and fissure sealing can effectively reduce the incidence of caries in children.
