临床中西医综合更新疗法治疗压疮46例的疗效分析

Clinical Effect and Analysis of 46 Cases of Pressure Sore Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Renewal Therapy

目的 探讨中西医结合更新疗法缩短压疮治疗疗程的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2021年12月蔺新民疼痛康复中心收治的46例因各种疾病引起压疮的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各23例。对照组采用新鲜芦荟汁联合生肌玉红膏治疗压疮,治疗组在对照组的基础之上加用红外线灯照射和喷洒庆大霉素治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组临床总有效率95.65%高于对照组的65.22%(P<0.05),治疗组换药频率、创面愈合时间、视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中西医综合疗法治疗压疮,疗程短、愈合快,取得良好临床疗效,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to shorten the treatment course of pressure sore.Methods A total of 46 patients with pressure ulcers caused by various diseases admitted from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fresh aloe juice combined with Shengjiyuhong ointment for pressure ulcers,and the treatment group was treated with infrared lamp irradiation and gentamicin spraying on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 65.22% of the control group(P < 0.05).The dressing change frequency,wound healing time and VAS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pressure sore has short course of treatment,quick healing and good clinical effect.
