Effectiveness Analysis of Implementing Quality Traceability System in Disinfection Supply Room

目的 探讨在消毒供应室实施质量追溯系统的效果。方法 选取福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院消毒供应室2020年1月—2021年12月980件手术灭菌包为研究对象,按照管理模式不同分为对照组和观察组各490件。对照组采用传统管理模式,观察组采用质量追溯系统管理模式,比较分析两种管理模式下的平均灭菌费用及差错率。结果 观察组平均灭菌费用、差错率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 消毒供应室实施质量追溯系统可降低差错率和灭菌成本,使管理效果得以提高。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing quality traceability system in disinfection supply room.Methods A total of 980 surgical sterilization packages from January 2020 to December 2021 in the Disinfection Supply Room of Longyan First Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different management modes.The control group adopted the traditional management mode,and the observation group adopted the quality traceability system management mode.The average sterilization cost and error rate under the two management modes were compared and analyzed.Results The average sterilization cost and error rate in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality traceability system in the disinfection supply room can significantly reduce the error rate and sterilization cost,and improve the management effect.
