热焖钢渣的火山灰活性及其对水泥强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 钢渣的主要矿物组成为硅酸二钙和硅酸三钙,与水泥孰料相似,但是水化活性较低。采用热焖、磁选加研磨的工艺对钢渣进行处理制成热焖钢渣,以石粉为对照组,运用强度试验、SEM试验、XRD试验,对热焖钢渣的火山灰活性进行研究。结果显示:热焖钢渣具有火山灰活性,但是活性较小。将热焖钢渣代替水泥,制作不同热焖钢渣掺量的胶砂试块,研究热焖钢渣添加量对水泥强度的影响。结果表明热焖钢渣可作为水泥掺料,但掺量最好控制在20%以内。 The main mineral composition of steel slag is dicalcium silicate and tricalcium silicate, which are similar to cement, but have low hydration activity. The hot-sealing steel slag was processed by the process of hot-sealing, magnetic separation and grinding to make hot-sealing steel slag. With stone powder as the control group, strength test, SEM test and XRD test were used to study the pozzolanic activity of hot-sealing steel slag. The results show that hot-sealing steel slag has pozzolanic activity, but less activity. The hot-sealing slag was substituted for cement, and mortar test blocks with different contents of hot-sealing steel slag were made, and the effect of hot-sealing steel slag addition on cement strength was studied. The results show that hot braised steel slag can be used as a cement admixture, but the content is best controlled within 20%.
