“食品微生物检验”课程思政教学改革

摘要 “食品微生物检验”是食品质量与安全专业的一门重要专业必修课。从修订和完善教学大纲,强化教师课程思政理念、提升教师政治素养,深入挖掘课程思政资源和改革教学方法与考评模式等四个方面,探索本课程思政改革措施,落实立德树人根本任务,实现高等教育的育人初心。 “Microbiological Examination of Food” is an important required course for food quality and safety. In this paper, four aspects of teaching reform practices including revising and improving the syllabus;strengthening teachers’ ideological and political ideas in curriculum, improving teachers’ political literacy;tapping resources of values education through curriculum and reforming teaching method and evaluation mode were introduced to explore reform measures actively for this course. And then, we will fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people through virtue, realize the initial aspiration of higher education.
