摘要
针对合肥市南淝河流域初期雨水污染和防汛安全问题的复杂性,在排水系统建设初雨调蓄池和排涝泵站,旨在有效控制径流污染对受纳水体的影响,并解决部分区域排涝问题。结合工程项目设计实例,从设计规模、总体布置、设计方案等方面进行介绍,并对调蓄池及排涝泵站的运行模式进行阐述,为初雨调蓄池和排涝泵站的设计和运行管理提供参考。
In view of the complexity of the initial rainwater pollution&flood control safety problems in the Nanfei River basin of Hefei,initial rainwater storage tanks&drainage pumping stations are built in the drainage system to effectively control the impact of runoff pollution on receiving water bodies&solve the problem of drainage in some regions.Combined with the design example of the project,the design scale,general layout,design scheme&other aspects are introduced,and the operation mode of the storage tank&drainage pump station are described,which may provide reference for the design&operation management of the storage tank&drainage pump station for the first rain.
