甘蔗联合收割机作业远程信息平台设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 甘蔗收割机作业工况数据的实时监测具有重要的实际意义,设计并实现一种基于云平台的甘蔗收割机作业远程信息平台。通过PLC、CAN总线和Modbus协议完成车载端的现场作业数据实时采集,使用通信模块并采用MQTT协议将数据上传到云平台,终端用户可以通过手机App或Web访问云数据,实现移动终端对甘蔗收割机作业工况数据的实时监测。通过现场测试结果表明:在1.52 h内,实际收到甘蔗收割机实时传来数据5465条,数据丢失7条,数据准确率为99.88%,丢失率为0.12%。该系统对甘蔗收割机数据监测参数准确,实时性高,能够实现甘蔗联合收割机作业数据的实时采集、远程传输、数据储存与分析等功能,为甘蔗联合收割机的智能化与信息化应用提供了技术支撑。 The real-time monitoring of sugarcane harvester operating condition data has important practical significance.This paper designs and implements a cloud-based remote information platform for sugarcane harvester operation.Through PLC,CAN bus and Modbus protocol to complete the real-time collection of field operation data on the vehicle side,use the communication module and use the MQTT protocol to upload the data to the cloud platform,and the end user can access the cloud data through the mobile phone App or Web,realizing the mobile terminal to harvest sugarcane Real-time monitoring of machine operating conditions data.The field test results show that within 1.52 hours,5465 pieces of real-time data are actually received from the sugarcane harvester,7 pieces of data are lost,the data accuracy rate is 99.88%,and the loss rate is 0.12%.The system has accurate monitoring parameters for sugarcane harvester data and high real-time performance.It can realize the functions of real-time collection,remote transmission,data storage and analysis of sugarcane combine harvester operation data.technical support.
