摘要
本文以四川工程职业技术学院财经商贸类专业开展1+X证书试点工作为例,基于1+X证书制度下高职院校的人才培养模式现状,从提升学生专业知识学习效果、丰富学生职业技能、提高学生职业岗位适应性、拓宽学生就业渠道以及激发学生内在动力等几个方面对职业技能等级证书融入人才培养所产生的育人效果进行评价,同时结合“课程思政”等元素,探究1+X证书制度试点背景下学校、企业、行业协会等多方协同育人所存在的问题,最后提出有针对性的优化策略以供参考。
This article takes the experimental work of“1+X”certificate for finance and commerce majors in Sichuan Engineering Technical College as an example.Based on the current situation of talent training mode in the higher vocational colleges under the“1+X”certificate system,this paper aims to improve the learning effect of students’professional knowledge,enrich their vocational skills,improve their vocational post adaptability,broaden students’employment channels,stimulate students’internal motivation and other aspects to evaluate the educational effect of integrating vocational skill grade certificates into talent training.At the same time,it combines the elements such as“curriculum ideological and political”to explore the problems existing in the collaborative education of schools,enterprises,industry associations and other parties under the background of“1+X”certificate system experiments,and finally propose targeted optimization strategies for reference.
