本文主要阐述了教育技术的含义 ,运用现代教育观 ,结合成人师范教育的实际情况制定出符合成人师范教育发展规律的教育技术规范 ,确定教育技术在成人师范教育中的地位 ,充分发挥它的职能作用 ,改善目前理论创新和人才素质跟不上时代发展需要的局面 ,加强教育技术理论的研究和交流 。

This paper discusses the meaning of educational technology and Points out the principal issue in adult normal education ,Which is the formulation of the normal of educational technology that observes the law of education by applying modern educational view to the practice of adult normal education.It's expected to settle the position of educational technology in adult normal education and to make full use of the function of it.Moreover,the current situation of blazing new trails in theory and talent's quality lagging behind the advancement of our times should be improved and the study and the exchange of theory on educational technology should be strengthened to turn educational technology into the real breach of the reform and the development of adult normal education.
