摘要
目前,建筑的BIM构建方法精细化程度不够,难以满足实际应用。本文提出了多源数据融合的精细BIM构建方法,实现了建筑物三维激光点云几何特征信息与测量数据、图纸、材质信息的融合,构建出精细BIM模型,并探讨了融合的精细BIM模型在修缮工程中的应用。
With the development of society,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology is getting more and more attentions in all aspects of society.However,the BIM is not accurate constructed by the current methods,which can hardly be used in practice.The accurate BIM construction method has been proposed in this paper based on the fusion of multi-source data.The three-dimensional(3D)laser point cloud data(3D LPCD)can fuse geometric feature information of 3D LPCD with measurement data,building drawings and material picture information,to construct the fine BIM and enhance the application of fusion fine BIM in internal repairing projects.
