摘要
在当前经济高速发展的情况下,国家发展靠人才、民族振兴靠人才,企业发展更离不开人才,人才要素对于企业至关重要。本文以“人才可持续是企业可持续发展的关键”为核心,从企业发展角度围绕如何保持企业内部人才的可持续性展开论述。从应用层面上提出要布局企业人才发展战略规划、打造人才服务学习平台、制定人才发展培养方案、及时吸收新鲜人才血液等具体对策;从制度层面提出要建立科学合理的激励机制,如薪酬设计等;从观念上提出要加强企业文化建设,充分发挥企业家精神,才能够实现企业的可持续发展。
In the current situation of rapid economic development,the development of the country depends on talented people,the revitalization of the nation depends on talented people,the development of enterprises is even more inseparable from talented people,talented person factor is very important to enterprises.This paper focuses on how to maintain the sustainability of talents in the enterprise from the perspective of enterprise development.At the application level,the author puts forward some concrete countermeasures,such as laying out the strategic plan of enterprise talent development,building the learning platform of talent service,formulating talent development and training plan,and absorbing fresh talent blood in a timely manner.At the institutional level,we should set up scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism,such as salary design.Conceptually,we should strengthen the enterprise culture construction and give full play to the entrepreneurial spirit in order to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.
