产学研深度融合下推进校企协同创新的思考与实践

本文借鉴产学研深度融合相关理论研究成果和实践经验,在政府主体引导、组织管理机构建设、合作管理机制完善等方面探索校企合作科技创新建设新思路,提出进一步补足科技创新认知偏差,加强产学研合作资金支持,完善教师回归保障制度建设,提升高校科研创新能力,深化产学研协同创新,对促进“产学研深度融合”体制机制建设具有重要的实践意义。

This paper draws on the theoretical research results and practical experience related to the in-depth Integration of Industry-University-Research,explores new ideas for the construction of scientific and technological innovation in school-enterprise cooperation in terms of government main body guidance,organization and management institution construction,and improvement of cooperative management mechanisms.it proposes to further supplement the cognitive bias of scientific and technological innovation,strengthen the financial support of industry-university-research cooperation,improve the construction of the teacher’s return guarantee system,enhance the scientific research innovation ability of colleges and universities,and deepen the collaborative innovation of industry,academia and research.it is of great practical significance to promote the construction of the institutional mechanism of"deep integration of production,education and research".
