J7/AC卷绕机改造对锦纶66工业丝生产影响探析

摘要 为适应直捻机加工丝筒的要求,对J7/AC卷绕机进行设备改造,生产实践表明:卷绕机改造后,在生产1 400 dtex锦纶66工业丝时,部分工艺和设备需要进行调整。卷绕机接触压力需要提高至0.30~0.35 MPa;成型角比改造前降低1°,控制在7.8°~8.2°;卷绕张力需要适当降低,控制在280~320 cN,但是松弛比需要提高,控制在0.910~0.915;丝筒质量调整至8.8 kg/筒;主网络器在原位置向内平移约3.0 cm;卷绕机卡盘加速度、牵伸辊温度、纸管长度等仍按照原工艺执行。 In order to meet the requirements of the direct twisting machine for processing fiber tubes, the J7/AC winding machine has been modified. The production practice shows that some processes and equipment need to be adjusted in the production of 1 400 dtex polyamide 66 industrial filament after the modification of the winding machine. The contact pressure of the winding machine should be increased to 0.30~0.35MPa;the molding angle is 1° lower than that before transformation, and is controlled in 7.8°~8.2°;the winding tension should be reduced to 280~320 cN, but the relaxation ratio should be increased to 0.910~0.915;the mass of fiber drum is adjusted to 8.8 kg/drum;the main network is shifted inward about 3.0 cm from its original position;the acceleration of the chuck of the winding machine, the temperature of the drafting roll and the length of the paper tube are still carried out according to the original process.
