摘要
伤口附近具有适当润湿性和透气性的微气候在伤口愈合过程中起着重要作用。采用静电纺丝、冷冻干燥技术制备海藻酸钠气凝胶/间隔织物/聚氨酯纳米纤维膜复合自泵式敷料。采用扫描电镜对敷料表面形貌进行表征,并对其单向导湿性、透气性和力学性能进行测试,结果表明,该敷料能够在2 s内泵吸液体,竖直及水平方向透气率分别达到280.6 mm/s和12.3 L/min,且具备良好的力学性能。这种材料能够满足材料的吸液、透气、力学等综合性能的要求,优化了伤口愈合环境。
Microclimate with proper wettability and permeability near the wound plays an important role in the process of wound healing. Sodium alginate aerogel/spacer fabric/polyurethane nanofiber membrane composite self-pumping dressing was prepared by electrospinning and freeze-drying technology. The surface morphology of the dressing was characterized by scanning electron microscope, and its unidirectional moisture conductivity, air permeability and mechanical properties were tested. The results show that this material can pump liquid within 2 s. The vertical and horizontal air permeability can reach 280.6 mm/s and 12.3 L/min respectively, and it has good mechanical properties. This material can meet the requirements of the comprehensive properties of the dressing, such as liquid absorption, air permeability and mechanics, and optimize the wound healing environment.
