摘要
文章以116名高校辅导员为研究对象,采用职业认同量表、工作满意度量表,考察职业认同和工作满意度影响因素,结果显示:辅导员职业认同总体较高,工作满意度一般较高,且呈显著正相关;任职年限长的辅导员职业认同度和工作满意度较低;重点高校、所带学生为艺术类的辅导员职业认同和工作满意度较高;择业动机为“自我价值实现需要”的辅导员职业认同度和工作满意度较高。
A total of 116 College Counselors were measured by Professional Identity Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale.We investigate the influencing factors of professional identity and job satisfaction.The results show:the overall level of college counselors were higher in professional identity and job satisfaction;there is a significant positive correlation between counselors’professional identity and job satisfaction;counselors with long tenure have lower professional identity and job satisfaction;the counselors in key universities and whose students major in art are higher in terms of the professional identity and job satisfaction;college counselors enjoy higher professional identity and job satisfaction whose vocational selection motivation were"the need of self-value realization".
