高校辅导员情感文明培养探析

On the Construction of Emotional Civilization of College Counselors

情感文明既是社会文明的重要表征,又是实现社会文明的基础性路径。通过历史分析法,对情感文明的内涵进行纵向梳理,以及对教师职业形象的演变分析,结合新时代高校辅导员的多重工具价值,可以看出教师情感文明状态的重要性。但当前部分高校辅导员却呈现出情感文明失落的状态。因此,高校辅导员情感的文明化需要社会的总体文明为其提供优良的外部条件,即大学对高校辅导员的情感调控,同时也需要高校辅导员对情感的自我治理。

Emotional civilization is not only an important symbol of social civilization,but also a basic path to achieve social civilization.Through historical analysis,we can find the importance of teachers’emotional civilization by combing the connotation of emotional civilization vertically,analyzing the evolution of teachers’professional image,and combining the multiple tool values of college counselors in the new era.However,some college counselors are in a state of losing emotional civilization.Therefore,the emotional civilization of college counselors needs the overall social civilization to provide them with good external conditions,that is,the emotional regulation of college counselors by universities,as well as the self governance of college counselors.
