信息化背景下居民健康档案管理研究——基于居民个人健康管理视角

On the Management of Residents’Health Records Under the Background of Informatization:Based on the Perspective of Residents’Personal Health Management

文章从居民个人健康管理的实际需求出发,分析目前信息化背景下居民健康档案管理的现状及存在的问题,提出通过健全平台标准化体系、提高健康档案质量、提供个性化医疗服务、扩大惠及范围,为居民个人健康管理提供精准数据支持,进一步展望居民健康档案的应用前景:充分利用大数据分析技术,实现重点人群分类管理、个人健康状态评估、高发疾病及时干预、老人健康智能管理等,为居民个人健康管理保驾护航。

Based on the actual needs of residents’personal health management,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of residents’health records management under the background of informatization,and proposes to provide accurate data support for the realization of residents’personal health management by promoting the interconnection of databases,improving the quality of health records,building residents’data terminals and expanding the scope of benefits,and the application prospect of residents’health records is expected as follows:making full use of big data analysis technology to realize classified management of key population,assessment of personal health status,timely intervention of high-risk diseases,intelligent management of elderly health,etc.,so as to protect residents’personal health management.
