“六卓越一拔尖”2.0背景下土木工程专业应用型人才实践教学模式探索与实践

摘要 “六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0是为迎接新的工业革命和产业变革而推进的工程教育改革,旨在通过实施,全面提升高校人才培养质量。结合土木工程专业应用型人才培养的要求,构建了“课堂实践、学科竞赛、应用创新”的“三阶递进式”实践教学模式;在校内实践教学中,提高了课内实验中设计性、综合性、创新性实验的比例,并将学科竞赛与课堂教学进行了有机结合;通过积极拓展校外实践基地和改革校外实践组织和考核方式,实现了校内与校外实践教学的优势互补,切实提高了学生实践能力的培养质量。 In order to meet the challenge of the new industrial revolution and industry transformation,“six excellences and one top-notch”plan 2.0 has been implemented to improve the qualities of talents.According to the cultivation requirements of applied talents in civil engineering,“three-stage-progressive training model”of classroom teaching,academic competition and application innovation is proposed based on Tongling University.In practical teaching in school,the combination of classroom teaching and academic competition is conducted to improve the practical ability of students.Meanwhile,the advantage of practical teaching outside school has been mined effectively according to expanding practice bases and reforming teaching methods.The practical ability of students have been significant improved by aforementioned measures.
