大学生线上学习支持服务体系及其满意度模型构建——以铜陵学院为例

摘要 在新冠疫情影响下,线上教学成为一种趋势和现实选择。为了有效提高大学生在线学习满意度,优化和完善线上学习支持服务已成为当前的热门话题。为探讨线上学习支持服务与线上学习满意度的关系,文章拟从管理支持服务、资源支持服务、环境支持服务、情感支持服务四个维度提出研究假设,构建大学生线上学习支持服务体系及其满意度模型。通过问卷调查收集数据,使用SPSS26.0和AMOS26.0软件对问卷调查结果进行统计分析。深入了解学习者的个性化需求并发现在线教学中存在的问题,以期提高线上学习支持服务质量,实现服务价值,进而提升学习者线上学习满意度,以适应后疫情时代大学生在线学习的实际应用。 Under the influence of COVID-19,online teaching has become a trend and realistic choice.In order to effectively improve college students’online learning satisfaction,optimizing and improving online learning support services has become a hot topic at present.In order to explore the relationship between online learning support services and online learning satisfaction,this paper proposes research hypotheses from four dimensions:management support services,resource support services,environmental support services and emotional support services,and constructs an online learning support service system and satisfaction model for college students.The SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software were used for statistical analysis of the questionnaire results,by which we have understood the personalized needs of learners and found out the problems in online teaching.And this also helps to improve the quality of online learning support services,realize the value of services,and further enhance learners’online learning satisfaction,so as to adapt to the practical application of online learning for college students in the post-epidemic era.
