摘要
为加快实现刺槐优良新品种的规模化生产,以新墨西哥刺槐当年生半木质化枝条为试验材料,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计,研究植物生长调节剂的种类、浓度、处理时间和扦插基质对其嫩枝扦插生根的影响。结果显示:9种处理下新墨西哥刺槐的生根率差异显著,其中9号处理的生根率最高,达92.0%;与对照相比,生长调节剂可显著提高新墨西哥刺槐的扦插生根率,但生长调节剂的种类、浓度及处理时间对扦插苗各指标的影响在统计学上无显著差异;3种扦插基质上的生根率差异达到极显著水平,其中以珍珠岩上的平均生根率最高,为89.0%;9号处理的隶属函数值最高。可得结论:500 mg/L的ABT1号生根粉处理0.5 h,扦插基质为珍珠岩,是适合新墨西哥刺槐嫩枝扦插的最佳处理。
In order to speed up the large-scale production of new varieties of Robinia pseudoacacia,the semi lignified branches of R.neo-mexicana were used as experimental materials,and L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal experimental design was used to study the effects of the type,concentration,treatment time of plant growth regulators and matrix type on its softwood cutting.The result showed that there were significant differences in the rooting rate under 9 different treatments,and the rooting rate of treatment 9 was the highest,up to 92.0%.Compared with the control,growth regulators can significantly improve the rooting rate of R.neo-mexicana,but there was no significant difference in the effects of the type,concentration and treatment time of growth regulators on the indexes of cutting seedlings.Substrate was the main factor affecting the rooting rate of R.neo-mexicana softwood cutting,and the difference of rooting rate on the three substrates had reached a very significant level,among which the average rooting rate on perlite is the highest,which is 89.0%.The membership function value of No.9 treatment(i.e.500 mg/L ABT1 rooting powder for 0.5 h,and the substrate was perlite)was the highest,which was the best treatment for the softwood cutting of R.neo-mexicana Gray.
