重症医学科医务人员职业获益感与工作沉浸在职业召唤和职业认同间的多重中介作用 被引量:13

Multiple mediating effects of occupational benefit and job immersion on occupational calling and occupational identity among medical staff in intensive care units

摘要 目的探讨重症医学科医务人员职业获益感、工作沉浸、职业召唤和职业认同现状及其关系。方法2021年9—11月,采用随机抽样方法抽取四川省9家三级甲等医院809名重症医学科医务人员为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、职业获益感量表、工作沉浸量表、职业召唤量表和职业认同量表进行调查,用AMOS 24.0分析职业获益感与工作沉浸在职业召唤与职业认同中的中介作用。结果重症医学科医务人员职业召唤得分为(39.18±5.48)分,职业获益感得分为(113.92±12.91)分,工作沉浸得分为(100.91±14.06)分,职业认同得分为(103.43±11.79)分。相关分析显示,重症医学科医务人员职业认同与职业获益感、工作沉浸及职业召唤均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。中介效应分析显示,职业获益感在职业召唤与职业认同间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.017,占总效应的3.7%;工作沉浸在职业召唤与职业认同间起部分中介作用,中介效应为0.222,占总效应的48.6%;职业获益感、工作沉浸在职业召唤与职业认同间起链式中介作用,中介效应为0.014,占总效应的3.1%。结论四川省三级甲等医院重症医学科医务人员职业召唤可以分别通过职业获益感、工作沉浸的中介作用及职业获益感、工作沉浸的链式中介作用间接影响医务人员职业认同。 Objective To explore the current status and relationship of occupational benefit,job immersion,occupational calling,and occupational identity of medical staff in critical care department. Methods From September to November in 2021,the random sampling was used to select 809 medical workers in intensive care department from nine grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province as survey subjects. The general information questionnaire,occupational benefit scale,job immersion scale,occupational calling scale and occupational identity scale were used for the survey. AMOS 24.0 was used to analyze the mediating role of occupational benefit and job immersion on occupational calling and occupational identity. Results The score of occupational calling in medical staff in intensive care department was(39.18±5.48)points,the score of occupational benefit was(113.92±12.91)points,the score of job immersion was(100.91±14.06)points,and the score of occupational identity was(103.43±11.79)points.Correlation analysis showed that the occupational identity of medical staff in the intensive care department was positively correlated with occupational benefit,job immersion and occupational calling(all P<0.05). The mediating effect analysis showed that the occupational benefit played a part of the mediating role between the occupational calling and the occupational identity,the mediating effect was 0.017,accounting for 3.7% of the total effect. The job immersion played a part of the mediating role between the occupational calling and the occupational identity,the mediating effect was 0.222,accounting for 48.6% of the total effect. The occupational benefit and job immersion played a chain-like intermediary role between occupational calling and the occupational identity,the mediating effect was 0.014,accounting for 3.1% of the total effect. Conclusion The occupational calling of medical staff in intensive care units of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province can indirectly affect the occupational identity of medical staff through the intermediary effect of occupational benefit and job immersion,and the chain-like intermediary effect of occupational benefit and job immersion respectively.
