摘要
目的 对商丘市19所县级医院的618名低年资护士的核心能力进行现状调查,并对其影响因素进行分析,为护理管理者进一步制定符合县级医院情况、针对低年资护士特点的培养方案提供策略指导。方法 2020年10月—2021年1月,运用《中国注册护士核心能力量表》,对商丘市19所县级医院的618名低年资护士进行核心能力的现状调查。结果 商丘市19所县级医院的618名低年资护士的核心能力总得分为(97.78±30.40)分。得分最高的是伦理和法律实践能力维度,得分最低的是评判性思维和科研能力维度,各条目均分为(1.85±0.60)和(1.69±0.55)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,低年资护士对护理专业的喜爱度、外出进修或培训状况、家人的支持程度、月平均夜班数、是否会重新选择护理专业、工作年限是核心能力的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 商丘市19所县级医院低年资护士的核心能力不容乐观,低年资护士的评判性思维和科研能力、教育和咨询能力、临床护理能力亟需进一步的提升。护理管理者应制定系统化有针对性的培训方案,以提高县级医院低年资护士的核心能力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of the core competence of 618 junior nurses in 19 county-level hospitals in Shangqiu City,analyze its influencing factors,and provide strategic guidance for nursing managers to further formulate the training plan for junior nurses combined with the situation of county-level hospitals.Methods From October 2020 January 2021,the core competence of 618 junior nurses in 19 county-level hospitals in Shangqiu City was investigated by the Chinese registered nurse core competence scale.Results The total score of core competence among 618 junior nurses in 19 county-level hospitals in Shangqiu City was(97.78±30.40)points.The highest score was the dimension of ethical and legal practice ability,and the lowest score was the dimension of critical thinking and scientific research ability.The average score of each item was(1.85±0.60)and(1.69±0.55)poiuts,respectively.The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of core competence were junior nurses’affection for nursing specialty,going out for further study or training,family support,monthly average number of night shifts,whether they would re choose nursing specialty and working years(all P<0.05).Conclusion The core competence of junior nurses in 19 county-level hospitals in Shangqiu City is not optimistic.The critical thinking,scientific research ability,education and consultation ability and clinical nursing ability of junior nurses need to be further improved.The nursing managers should formulate systematic and targeted training programs to improve the core competence of junior nurses in county-level hospitals.
