摘要
目的 了解临床护士心理弹性,职业认同感之间的相关性,为提高临床护士的职业认同水平,为减少护士的心理压力和离职意愿提供依据。方法 2020年3—4月,应用一般资料调查表、护士职业认同量表及心理弹性量表对山东省2所三级甲等医院的976名护士进行调查。结果 护士职业认同感得分为(115.01±16.22)分,心理弹性得分为(28.28±6.24)分。护士职业认同感与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.05),护士职业认同受到心理弹性、任职方式、职称以及工作中是否有信心完成任务的影响(均P<0.05)。结论 临床护士的职业认同处于中等水平,心理弹性在职业认同中起重要作用。护理管理人员可以通过相关知识培训等方式提高护士的心理弹性,促进护士职业认同感的提高,减少护士的心理压力和离职意愿,提高护士的工作满意度,促进护理学科稳定发展。
Objective To understand the correlation between professional identity and psychological resilience of clinical nurses,provide basis for improving the professional identity level of clinical nurses and reducing the psychological pressure and turnover intention of nurses. Methods A total of 976 from two grade-A tertiary hospitals in Shandong province were investigated by a general information questionnaire,nurse professional identity scale and 10-item Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC-10)during from to April 2020. Results The score of professional identity and psychological resilience of nurses was(115.01±16.22)and(28.28±6.24)points respectively. There was a positive correlation between professional identity and psychological resilience(r=0.694,P<0.05). The professional identity of nurses was affected by the psychological resilience,employment way,professional title and confidence in completing tasks(all P<0.05). Conclusions The professional identity of nurses is at a middle level,and the psychological resilience plays an important role in professional identity. Nursing managers can improve the psychological resilience of nurses through relevant knowledge training,so as to improve the professional identity and reduce the psychological pressure and turnover intention of nurses,to improve the job satisfaction of nurses and promote the development of nursing discipline.
